THE EXPERIENCE OF MPZ IN THE MILITARY UNITS OF THE TRO IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERN INFORMATION WARFARE

The article is devoted to the study of the experience of moral and psychological support in the military units of territorial defense, which were urgently deployed in connection with the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. The process of staffing, deployment and formation of moral and psychological support structures in military units of territorial defense (battalion-brigade), typical for the South and East of Ukraine, is analyzed. The article is also devoted to the problems of morale and psychological state in the military units of territorial defense during the period of deployment and formation (February-September 2022) in the conditions of modern information warfare. The problems stemmed from the urgency of creating, establishing and putting into effect the system of moral and psychological support in the military units of the territorial defense in the shortest possible time in the conditions of high tension of the 1st phase of the offensive of the Russian troops: uncertainty, unpredictability, imperfection of the staff structure, difficulties in recruiting personnel. It has been established that the basis of the work of the department of moral and psychological support is work with the personnel regarding the formation, maintenance and restoration of their moral and psychological state. It was established that the most effective measures of moral and psychological support are: commander’s briefings; combat briefings; classes on national and patriotic training; analysis of actions taken, use of visual agitation, collective and individual discussions, “Courage lesson”, concerts; watching movies in the evening; watching educational videos; watching movies and videos and television programs, discussing works of literature and art; leisure activities; mass sports work, exhibitions; meetings with prominent personalities; excursions, commemoration of the best military personnel, psychological training classes; psycho trainings.
